Winners will be announced on Wednesday 6 November at the Awards Gala Dinner at Cordis Auckland.

Tūhura Otago Museum has made significant impact in its community, with its steadfast commitment to education, culture, and engagement. It expects to hit 400,000 visitors this year, 100,000 up on last year, and educates over 37,000 kids yearly across NZ and the Pacific through formal programs. 

As a finalist in the Tourism Industry Association Wayfinder Community Engagement Award 2024, judges praised Tūhura Otago Museum for being a leading example of a museum doing incredible work and engaging with their community at multiple levels.
